Who cares for the Care Provider?  A Public Lecture by R Scott Boots

The University of Lincoln are holding a lecture aimed at both unpaid and professional carers (including students) to discuss how care providers can assert themselves to set effective boundaries and respond to stress in healthier and more sustainable ways.

R Scott Boots seminars have been presented to thousands of carers internationally.  His key message is that when caring persons care for themselves, they in turn provide better care for others.
