Connecting with the Millenials; A Greater Lincolnshire Compact Good Practice Event

Connecting with the Millennials: Recruiting the next generation.

This Good Practice Event looks at the next generation of workers. How can we ‘grow our own’ workforce? How can we attract young people to a career in the public sector? What about those who are not ready to take up an apprenticeship? Are traineeships and apprenticeships a real alternative to university? How can the latest developments in FE, HE and ‘on the job’ training help young people to progress into a rewarding career? Lincoln College, the Dean’s Conference Suite

28th September 2016, 9.30 – 12.30
