This 1-day workshop is designed to support all types of organisations in managing project delivery. The workshop introduces a three-part framework through which detailed project activity can be planned, delivered and monitored. The day introduces the key elements of the framework as a standalone introduction:
- Development – planning the project
- Implementation – delivering the project
- Remediation – monitoring performance and taking corrective action
- Project management – roles and responsibilities
- Project management models – key themes
The workshop runs from 10:00 until 16:30 and is being held at the Everyday Champions Centre in Newark. We are offering a discounted price for Voluntary Sector organisations of £90 (full price £110) per delegate, this includes lunch and refreshments.
