Join Lincolnshire Heritage Forum at their Annual Conference on 6 October 2017, 09:00 – 17:00 at the Petwood Hotel, Stixwould Road, Woodhall Spa, Lincoln LN10 6QG
This year’s annual Heritage Forum Conference once again strives to deliver membership expectations.
- provide opportunities for delegates to share experience, knowledge and challenges
- raise awareness of the many excellent projects and initiatives taking place in the county
- highlight opportunities for sites and communities to be a part of these
- pilot the latest forum idea of a ‘tourist’ bus
- Promote four member sites, noted for innovate partnerships and projects.
Join colleagues for a day away from the ‘coal face’ as we take the tourist bus on its mystery tour.
Outline plan for the day (approximate times)
9a.m. Meet at heritage site 1 – The Petwood Hotel for morning coffee before boarding the state of the art coach to begin the mystery tour
10 am On board presentations will inform and enlighten via the coach P.A. system, notes can be available post conference
10.45 am Arrive at mystery site 2 to meet our host, have a look round and hear about special initiatives.
11.30 am Board the coach to travel to mystery site 3 where lunch awaits. Listen to presentations en route
12.15 pm – 1.45pm lunch and net working
1.45 pm – Board the coach further presentations en route
2.15 p.m Arrive at mystery site 4 to meet our host, have a look round and hear of special projects.
3pm Return to The Petwood Hotel, presentations en route.
