With the development of the 2014-20 European funding programme and links with the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership, Involving Lincs recognises the importance the Third sector organisations play in the local economy. These organisations are value driven and principally reinvest surpluses to raise funds to further social, environmental and cultural objectives.
For clarity, the Third sector includes community groups, voluntary organisations, faith and equalities groups, charities, social enterprises, co-operatives, mutuals and housing associations.
We recognise that the Third sector’s contribution cannot be measured in crude economic terms alone and we have therefore compiled a list of questions to help us identify, understand, and assess the role that Third sector organisations play in the local economy in Greater Lincolnshire (which includes both North and North East Lincolnshire).
We appreciate your time is valuable, but the following questions should only take 10-15 minutes to complete and your response will contribute towards capturing the impact that the Third sector makes to the economy of Greater Lincolnshire. Please forward this email to your contacts as you find appropriate.
The survey is available online by clicking here, but should you prefer to complete it in hardcopy format, please contact Alice James, Business Development Coordinator on Alice.James@childrenslinks.org.uk
