As winter approaches and heating systems are fired up many people across the county will be finding it difficult to meet the cost of heating their homes properly. However help is at hand as Community Lincs is part of the Big Energy Saving Network for the third year running.
Funding has been awarded from the Department of Energy and Climate change to help residents get a better deal on their energy bills and ultimately save money.
Free Advice sessions are available for both residents and frontline workers at a venue and time suitable for that group or organisation.
The sessions will help to:
- Ensure that people know how to reduce their energy use in the home,
- Feel confident when shopping around for the best prices on gas and electricity
- Access government grants and services that they may not know they are entitled to
