Understanding and engaging 21st century volunteers

We are pleased to announce that Rob Jackson Consulting and Better Impact Workshop will be delivering this session which will look at some of the key ways in which society is changing and how these changes affect volunteerism. Volunteering today is not the same as it was twenty years ago, however just exploring these changes isn’t enough. The session will look at what leaders of volunteers can do to update their practices to accommodate these changes, further enhancing their engagement and retention of 21st century volunteers.

Rob is a well known and highly respected national speaker on  volunteering issues. He was one of the keynote speakers at the V:Expo in Lincolnshire in June 2015. We do hope you will book early to avoid disappointment on what will be a highly informative session.

Venue: Voluntary Centre Services, Lincoln, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DF.

Date/Time: Wednesday 16 November 2016, 10am-1pm.

Please note that fees do apply for this course and can be found on the events page.
