Vacancy: Community Inclusion Coordinator

Carers FIRST is a leading carer’s organisation delivering services across Lincolnshire, Kent, Medway, and Waltham Forest. They provide a wide range of information, advice and support to people of all ages who are looking after a relative or friend who could not manage without their help. They have grown significantly over recent years and are now looking for an exceptional person to support their community inclusion programme across Lincolnshire (based in Grantham – 37 hours per week).

Working alongside the operational teams, you will develop and co-ordinate active carer and volunteer led projects that will enhance community engagement, in particular by those with lived experience of caring for a relative or friend. To be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, passionate about community empowerment, have experience of delivering volunteer led programmes, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
