Vacancy: Support Services Manager

Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven is undergoing an exciting period of substantial growth and development and is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Support Services Manager.

As a member of the Senior Management Team you will manage and develop the Home & Lifestyle Services for Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Team to achieve Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven’s strategic aims and objectives both operationally and financially.

The role will require you to identify and implement new opportunities for business development and growth, financially appraise and assess all areas as well as working with other members of the Senior Management Team, to build on existing service delivery.

You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need to grow and manage an established staff team ensuring that they feel supported and driven to achieve common goals.

The Support Services Manager needs to be self-driven, proactive and dedicated with an enthusiastic and positive approach to delivering and developing services for older people.

Knowledge and experience of the Charity sector would be desirable with the successful candidate ideally have knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector and experience in business development and growth.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is required.

Role subject to Disclosure and Barring Scheme

35 Hours per week, Salary £24,325pa
