Volunteers Week – Make a difference and volunteer with Healthwatch

Lincolnshire residents with an interest in Health and Care are being invited to find out more about volunteering with Healthwatch Lincolnshire during National Volunteers Week.

Healthwatch Lincolnshire based in Swineshead are hosting 2 “Volunteering with Healthwatch Lincolnshire” information sessions over the week.

Volunteer Coordinator Jayne Thomas: “If you have an interest in health & care and are considering volunteering, then Healthwatch Lincolnshire might be your solution. We have recently achieved the Investing in Volunteers Award. Our roles are flexible, open to all ages and diverse dependent on your time and what activities you enjoy.”

Friday 2 June between 1300-1400 or Wednesday 7 June between 1300-1400 at Healthwatch Lincolnshire, 1 -2 North End Swineshead, Boston, Lincolnshire PE20 3LR.

The informal information sessions enable people to find out more about how they can get involved and how they can apply.

There will be some staff and volunteers in attendance to speak to also.
