Our West Lindsey office is moving this month, but don’t worry, it’s not far to go. As part of West Lindsey District Council’s redevelopment the Volunteer Centre will be moving into new, purpose built offices at The Guildhall on the first floor.
Modifications will transform the building into a public services hub, providing a one-stop shop for residents and customers. The Volunteer Centre will be operating longer opening hours to align with other services in the building. The move integrates a purpose built interview space and will offer volunteering appointments throughout the week thanks to recruitment of new Project Support Officers, Kate McGibbon and Paul Norton.
Any office move can be tricky, but Project Officer Heather Arnatt has a plan to ensure volunteers can still access their services “Volunteers can now book appointments with our advisors online! With limited access during the works we wanted to make sure that volunteers can still access the high quality face-to-face services they have come to expect.” To book appointments please visit http://www.voluntarycentreservices.org.uk/contact-us/vcs-west-lindsey/
From Monday 4th August the new opening hours will be 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. All contact information remains the same.
