The next Sleaford Voluntary Sector Forum on 27th September is on the theme of social prescribing and will bring together NHS partners and voluntary / community groups. Anyone connected with supporting people’s health and wellbeing in the community is welcome to come along.
The Voluntary Sector Forum is our regular networking event for voluntary and community groups, local charities and social enterprises. It’s a free event, please do bring leaflets or short items of news to share during the ‘open forum’ slot. The event runs from 10.00 – 12.30 and refreshments are provided.
There will be short presentations from NHS and voluntary sector organisations linked to the theme of Neighbourhood Working and Social Prescribing within the health and social care environment, and its part within the Lincolnshire NHS Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP). This will be followed by time for questions and networking.
